Short Statement: The total estimated respondent burden has increased due to an increase in our estimated average respondent hourly wage. This is because of both general wage inflation and an assessment that our previous estimate was too low. We have also slightly increased our estimated number of annual respondents and increased the estimated response time for two of our races that require additional information from certain respondents are registering as a team.
