Short Statement: There are no program changes for this submission. Adjustments to the hour and cost burdens in the ICR result from (1) updating the labor rates, (2) revising the methodology to estimate the number of workers that are working beyond the normal retirement age, and (3) updating the assumptions used to determine the rate of electronic disclosure. As a result, the number of responses has increased by 38,066 responses, the hour burden has increased by 23,443 hours, and the cost burden has decreased by $39,299.
