Short Statement: FEMA’s increase of 400 burden hours is due to four new instruments being added to this collection. FEMA previously used instruments approved under 1660-0017 to collect this information, but those instruments will be removed from 1660-0017 with the revision submitted to OMB on February 23, 2023.
