Short Statement: The actual number of Titles III, V, and VII grantees has increased over the past 3 years. As such, the annual number of responses has also increased. Additionally, the annual burden hours per grantee will increase slightly due to an additional final report that grantees in their final year will complete. Therefore, the total annual burden hours has increased.
