Short Statement: Based on updated County Business Pattern data, the agency found that the number of establishments decreased from 8,076 to 7,559, and the number of workers decreased from 50,188 to 46,103. Accordingly, OSHA is requesting an adjustment decrease in the number of burden hours for the information collection requirements in the standard from 1,507 hours to 1,387 hours for a total decrease of 120 burden hours.
