Short Statement: The recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic has added to the demand for new aircraft that require noise certification. The conservative increase of 1 applicant is anticipated due to the rebounding from the negative impact of COVID pandemic on aviation. This increase of annual time burden is due to the increase of a single respondent with same reporting efficiency from computer automation not previously accounted. CORRECTION: The ROCIS table previously incorrectly reported a total burden of 200 for the annual time estimate of compliance reports, when the entry should have been 2,800 (14 applicants multiplied by the 200 hours per applicant for the compliance report. This correction has been made for this renewal and accounted for in the single increase in collection).
