Abstract:
NASS would like to renew their generic fast track ICR to collect information from the public on the quality and usability of the products and services we provide. This request is for a three-year renewal. Annual requests from the Illinois Department of Agriculture (IDOA) to establish numerical measurements of the general level of satisfaction felt by IDOA’s customers and clients will be included in this generic information collection request when funded by the IDOA.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
