Short Statement: The number of annual burden hours decreased from 479 to 394 due to automation of the licensing processes which no longer uses paper forms 923, 923A, 923B, 924A and 924B. The ATLAS system replaced all paper forms which streamlined the process for license requests. This resulted in a decrease in annual costs to participants from $21,085.58 to $18,297.36.
