Terms of Clearance: In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for three years. OMB reminds the Agency; however, it should consult with up to 9 outside entities at least once every 3 years even if the collection of information has not changed. The Agency is required to calculate burden based on the estimated burden for the three-year period approved by this ICR and not based on the actual burden of the previous three years. Furthermore, when the Agency submits a request for renewal, it must include evidence of consultation with respondents to ensure the supporting statement's accuracy on availability of data, frequency of collection, clarity of instructions, accuracy of burden estimate, relevance of data elements, and similar PRA matters.
