Short Statement: Despite an increase in the annual average number of responses, the projected number of burden hours has decreased. The decrease in the estimated burden is due to two factors. First, we have proposed an increased use of the OE Method, which incurs less burden per occupation, to improve overall data collection efficiency. The second factor leading to a decline in the estimated burden is that we have corrected an overestimation in the number of Establishment Method employee respondents.
