Short Statement: The amounts associated with Consumer Affairs and Dispute resolution services have decreased in levels due the agency revising the estimate of the number of filings involving forms downward to 300 per year. The remaining burden is due to the new statutory requirement under the Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 2022.
