Short Statement: There is no change in the information collection. The FTC is requesting a total annual burden estimate of 100,874 hours, which reflects a decrease from the 2020 estimate (132,707 hours). This decrease is due to a decrease in the number of retail sellers who sell home insulation for installation by consumers.
