Short Statement: The annual total internal hour burden of 16,862 hours represents an increase of 1,058 hours over the previous estimate of 15,804 hours. The increase in burden hours is due to an increase in the estimated number of funds that use a Summary Prospectus. In addition, the annual total external cost burden of $240,557,400 represents an increase of $49,803,120 over the previous estimate of $190,754,280. This increase is due to an increase in the estimated number of funds that use a Summary Prospectus, coupled with an upward adjustment to the estimated external cost per fund to reflect the effects of inflation.
