Short Statement: This is an existing collection in use without a valid OMB control number. The purpose of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)—Waiver Requests to Offer Incentives to SNAP Recipients at SNAP Authorized Stores collection is for SNAP retailers, and non-profit organizations or governmental entities who partner with SNAP-authorized stores to request a waiver from FNS to offer SNAP recipients incentives that encourage healthier food purchases. We are requesting 30 burden hours and 15 responses in use without OMB approval.
