Abstract:
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) collects information under 42CFR Part 73, with the purpose of ensuring select agents or toxins are managed appropriately to prevent any threats to human health or safety. The program changes in this requested extension are primarily changes to the forms to clarify instructions, correct editorial errors from previous submissions, and reformat the structure of the forms based on the day-to-day processing of these forms. There is a reduction in burden due to the decrease in the number of respondents.
