This collection of information is necessary to enable the Agency to garner customer and stakeholder feedback in an efficient, timely manner, in accordance with our commitment to improving service delivery. There is a reduction in burden hours due to revised estimates of the average time necessary to complete each survey, based on past experience. Previously listed as 1 hour per response, this burden has been corrected to 0.1 hours per response, resulting in a net reduction of 135,000 burden hours.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
