Abstract:
This submission is a request for the renewal of an information collection for three years. The purpose of this survey is collect water use data for operations in North Carolina that likely use between 10,000 and 999,999 gallons of water for agricultural purposes on any given day. North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (NCDACS) requests information of water use be published from this group of agricultural operations to go along with data collected from agricultural operations who use over 1,000,000 gallons in any one day that are required to report their water usage directly to North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality. This survey is conducted under a cooperative agreement with NCDACS. All costs are covered by NCDACS. .

The previous submission was 1,773 hours annually and this submission is 1,918 hours. There is an increase in the sample size from the previous submission.
