Short Statement: This request for renewal is for 7,179 estimated responses and 7,168 estimated burden hours, reflecting increases of 5,568 estimated responses and burden from the previous renewal request. The number of respondents increased from 194 to 216. Discretionary changes are the result of APHIS improving their calculations and tracking through the Automated Commercial Environment system (ACES) to track import and export permit applications, as well as the addition of seven countries exporting products.
