Abstract:
This request is to establish a new umbrella generic clearance for the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) to request information while engaging individuals and groups who could provide valuable information to inform ACF programs and work, including but not limited to those who are served, or have been served by ACF, those with expertise in ACF program areas, and individuals invested in the outcomes of ACF research and evaluation. Groups and individuals to actively engage may include but are not limited to service providers; developers of interventions, innovations, or practices; program participants; subject matter experts; federal, grant program, or other program staff; federal, state, or local leadership; groups and individuals in programs’ communities; individuals with lived experience or expertise; and those in broader fields of study related to human services.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
