Short Statement: There are no program changes associated with this collection at this time. As for adjustments, due to changes in agency estimates, TTB is decreasing the estimated number of annual respondents, responses, and burden hours associated with this information collection. However, the number of responses per respondents remains same at one per year. Specifically, TTB is decreasing the number of annual respondents and responses from 5,300 to 2,150 and the estimated total burden hours from 1,052 to 411. Due to an increase in the use of PONL to electronically submit this collection, TTB is decreasing the estimated per-response burden from 11.91 minutes to 11.47.
