Short Statement: AmeriCorps increased the number of respondents expected from 250 to 300, which results in an increase of 12 annual burden hours. The cost per response and total cost burden have also been adjusted due to an adjustment in the estimate according to the now-documented calculation. Revisions to the form have been made for user-friendliness.
