Short Statement: The decrease in the estimated annual internal burden hours from 501,275 hours to 498,940 hours reflects a reduction in the amount of initial burden hours needed to establish, adopt, and implement a derivatives risk management program and policies and procedures related to the rule’s requirements. The annual cost burden has increased from $22,252,947 to $23,066,640. This $813,693 increase is attributable to an increase in the number of funds subject to the rule’s requirements and changes in the costs outside legal services.
