Terms of Clearance: The agency's program offices are required to seek comment from the impacted stakeholders for feedback and publish a 30-day federal register (FR) notice and comment period when their program is being incorporated into the generic. The FR notice should describe the changes in the form, the questions/reporting requirements and any expected burden changes. The agency may bundle multiple programs together in a single FR notice as long as the information is provided for all impacted programs individually and clearly. Upon making any significant changes to the collection requirements of a program, the agency shall seek comment from the impacted stakeholders through a FR notice.
