Short Statement: This is a request for an extension of OMB information collection number 1845-0052. There is an increase of 4,597 burden hours due to an increase in the number of respondents who need to present documentation to the school to be included with the third step verification to complete the confirmation of eligibility to receive Title IV assistance. There has not been any change to the regulatory language surrounding this activity.
