Short Statement: The total respondent burden (including report burden and respondent training) decreased by 430 hours from 5,455 total hours to 5,025 hours since the 2020 submission. Although the number of expected reports increased, the overall expected burden decreased due to a decrease in estimated potential respondents. The increase in the number of Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 reports to 400 per year is based on an average of actual responses in 2020, 2021, and 2022 (average of 387), plus an estimate of additional responses, based on the new criteria being added to the form.
