Short Statement: The burden has decreased since the previous approval due to a reduction in the number of average annual “Education Benefit Entitlement Restoration Request Due to School Closure, Program Suspension or Withdrawals” received for periods 2020, 2021 and 2022. This information collection request has been entered into ROCIS as a “Revision” due to a decrease in the burden hours. There are no revisions required for the VA Form 22-0989 instrument that affects the burden for this collection.
