Short Statement: The number of responses has increased, but the expected time to complete each form remains unchanged. This results in the increase of the total burden hours for this collection. The increase in responses is based on trends over the last several years, such as an increased awareness of, and interest in the Whistleblower Program and the CFTC more generally, and the CFTC’s responsibility over the increasingly popular crypto/digital asset markets.
