Abstract:
The proposed rule in RM96-1-043 would revise FERC-545 by amending 18 CFR 284.12 to incorporate by reference, with certain enumerated exceptions, Version 4.0 of Standards for Business Practices of Interstate Natural Gas Pipelines adopted by the Wholesale Gas Quadrant of the North American Energy Standards Board.

The burden estimates associated with the proposed rule in Docket No. RM96-1-043 include program changes for FERC-545. The requested responses (1,564) and burden hours (308,542) include those in Version 4.0 in Docket No. RM96-1-043. The previously approved responses (1,371) and burden hours (306,612) are those approved as a result of the final rule approving Version 3.2. The proposed rule in Docket No. RM96-1-043 would result in a net increase of 193 responses and 1,930 burden hours.,
