Short Statement: This is a revision of a currently approved collection with slightly decreased burden hours and a slightly decreased number of respondents. HUD - 770, Report of Inventions and Subcontracts, and HUD - 50070, Certification for a Drug-Free Workplace were pulled. HUD-770 was pulled because the data does not apply to the collection and is not relevant for the closeout of awards. Second, HUD-50070, the form does not apply to the office and the form expired in 1998 and the program office in charge of this form has not renewed the form
