Short Statement: There are no program changes to this collection. As noted, we have adjusted the number of responses and respondents in Question #12 of this Supporting Statement to reflect a more accurate accounting of the number of AM radio stations implementing MDCL technology. The number of respondents decreased by 85, the number of responses decreased by 85, and the annual burden hours decreased by 85.
