Short Statement: From the last submission to OMB, there are adjustments to this information collection. The total number of respondents and total annual responses decreased from 2,230 to 300 ( -1,930) and the total annual burden hours decreased from 2,230 to 580 (-1,650). The decrease is due to fewer applications being filed seeking to license 700 MHz narrowband spectrum. There are no program changes.
