Short Statement: Since the last submission to OMB, the Commission is reporting adjustments/decreases to this collection. The total number of respondents/total annual responses decreased from 45,947 to 40,599 (-5,348) and the total annual burden hours decreased from 11,487 to 10,150 (-1,337). These decreases are due to numerous public safety licensees allowing their licenses to expire. No program changes are being reported.
