Short Statement: Based on 2023 data, approximately 25,000 individual subscribers were listed in the Agency’s email distribution system. IMLS will contact these subscribers to ask if they wish to continue receiving IMLS news and messages. If they elect to continue receiving messaging from IMLS, they will need to complete the Granicus Email Marketing questionnaire. We project that 75% of our current subscribers will select to remain on our mailing list, leading to 18,750 individuals completing the questionnaire. We estimate that approximately 5,000 additional individuals will subscribe throughout the year, totaling approximately 23,750 people completing the Granicus Email Marking questionnaire. IMLS estimates an average of 5 minutes is necessary per response to review the questions, complete the form, and submit the form.
