Short Statement:
Use of the SF-270 by grantees to request payments manually will only be required until the set-up of the Payment Management System (PMS) is completed. Once PMS access for payment requests is available, the SF-270 will no longer be necessary as payment requests will be submitted and processed through the system. PMS access is expected to be available to grantees within several weeks.
