Short Statement: The respondents and responses have been adjusted to reflect the most current data. Changes to the number of respondents and responses have affected the total burden hours, labor costs, and miscellaneous costs. All motherships have VMS and are exempt from submitting the check-in/check-out report; therefore, no reports are expected to be submitted during the 3-yr renewal period of this information collection.
