Abstract:
The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs is requesting Office of Management and Budget approval of a revision to the information collection implementing the Contractor Portal (formerly the ‘‘Affirmative Action Program Verification Interface’’). The Contractor Portal is a platform where covered federal contractors and subcontractors must certify whether they are meeting their requirement to develop and maintain Affirmative Action Programs.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
