Short Statement: Due to an increase in number of staff being hired by the NRC annually, the estimated number of invitational travelers has increased from 250 to 435 per year. The increase in invitational travelers results in the estimated annual burden going from 83.3 hours/year to 108.75 hours/year with a corresponding increase in the cost of $9,500. The increase in annual burden due to the increased number of travelers is partially offset by a decrease in the burden per response. The burden per response has decreased from 20 minutes to 15 minutes due to a reevaluation of the time needed to complete the form. Additionally, the hourly rate as gone from $278/hr to $300/hr
