Short Statement: This extension includes adjustments to the public and Government burden estimates based on the following: ● The decrease in the estimated number of respondents and responses per year for FAR provision 52.215-6 is based on excluding commercial acquisitions from the data set. This provision is not included in solicitations under FAR part 12. ● The estimated number of respondents and responses per year is based on FPDS data for the three most recent fiscal years (2021 through 2023).
