Abstract:
Mortgagees who elect to assign multifamily property to HUD complete form HUD-2537, Mortgagees Application for Partial Settlement, Multifamily Mortgage. HUD uses the information to process a partial claim payment within 24 to 48 hours after assignment or conveyance.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
