Abstract: Mortgagees who elect to assign multifamily property to HUD complete form HUD-2537, Mortgagees Application for Partial Settlement, Multifamily Mortgage. HUD uses the information to process a partial claim payment within 24 to 48 hours after assignment or conveyance.
