Short Statement: The Commission has adjustments to this collection which are due the Commission adjusting estimates of the currently approved information collection to more accurately reflect our current estimates by decreasing some estimates and adding estimates for previously reported, periodic collections that will be active during the three-year approval period. Therefore, the adjustments are as follows: increase of 134 number of respondents; decrease of 628 to the annual number of responses; decrease of 2,233 to the annual burden hours; and increase of $104,310 to the annual cost.
