Short Statement: The estimated hourly burden associated with rule 206(4)-1 has decreased from 1,414,291 to 595,210 (a decrease of 819,081 hours). The decrease is due, among other things, to differences in the number of respondents and the completion of initial burdens to comply with the rule.
