Abstract:
This collection of information is necessary to enable the National Institutes of Health to garner customer and stakeholder feedback in an efficient, timely manner, in accordance with our commitment to improving service delivery. The information collected from our customers and stakeholders will help ensure that users have an effective, efficient, and satisfying experience with the agency's programs.

This is an extension of a currently approved submission. There are no substantive changes to the content of the request however, burden hours have increased to accommodate the use of the NIH-Wide basic registration and abstract form. These two forms allow programs to use at free will so long as the data elements of the forms remain as is.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
(a) It is necessary for the proper performance of agency functions;
