Short Statement: The estimated total annual hour burden has decreased from 325 hours to 295 hours, and the estimated total annual burden cost has increased from $23,400 to $24,780. This decrease in hour burden is the result of a decrease in the number of companies that are governed by Rule 6c-7, while the increase in burden cost is the result of an increase in the estimated hourly wages of compliance clerks.
