Abstract:
The purpose of the change is to complete OCTAE’s response to 30D public comments (88 FR 83106, November 28, 2023). All changes in the redlined document reflect public comments and complete this record. OCTAE has made edits to the instrument to clarify the instructions for certain reporting tables and to align with recently published changes made to the joint WIOA performance accountability guidance that are responsive to public comments received during the renewal of this ICR.

The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
