Abstract:
Request for the renewal of this docket for three years to collect data on the number of mink pelts produced by color, class, and number of females bred to produce kits the following year. Estimates are based on complete enumeration. Estimates are used by Government and industry sources in production and marketing decisions. No changes are being made to the questionnaires. Every five years NASS conducts a program review following the completion of the Census of Agriculture. NASS considered public input requested through a program review announcement released on Dec. 19, 2023 for these changes.
