Short Statement: As a process improvement, S&T has consolidated resource management operations into one office that handles billing for all divisions. Form ST-1 was created as a standardized form, for use by S&T, to collect customer/business information from applicants to create an account used for billing for S&T services. Forms ST-1 and ST-2 were developed to collect information in a standard way for public applicants. With the addition of the new forms, the number of respondents increased by 3560.
