Short Statement: The number of total annual responses has been adjusted from 2,196 to 2,029. As a result, the total annual hours requested for this collection has been adjusted to 2,029. The revised response number is a more accurate figure taken directly from the DDTC database DECCS, while the reduced number of license applications accords with the decrease in defense trade licensing. As for the Form DSP-73, changes are outlined in Appendix A ‘Summary of Changes’.
