Terms of Clearance: 1. mySBA Portal Team shall implement a more robust customer feedback survey of the portal at a later point. 2. mySBA Portal Team shall conduct usability study of the portal and report findings and actions taken to improve the portal back to OMB. 3. mySBA Portal Team shall share a product development roadmap and timeline of the rest of the sections and connections to existing services at SBA with OMB. This will help OMB anticipate any non-substantive change requests and additional ICRs.
