Short Statement:
In this submission there were decreases of 29,262 responses and 31,805 burden hours since the last submission. This change is due to an Agency adjustment in the calculation of burden. The burden for forms approved under other information collections have been removed from this collection and captured in their appropriate packages. These forms include: 400-1, 400-4, 1927-9,1927-10, 1924-7, 402-1, AD-1047, and 3030.
