Short Statement: The Department has used data from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) to update estimates of the number of financial institutions that may be affected by the class exemption. The hourly wage rate has also been updated. As a result, the number of responses has decreased by 85 responses and the hour burden has decreased by 15 hours.
